Order by Telephone:
Call Toll Free at 1-800-811-9195 to place your order by telephone.
If you are calling from the immediate Dallas area, please
call 214-678-6280. CheerTeam business hours are from 9:00
am to 6:00 pm CST. If you reach us outside of business hours
or receive a busy signal, please leave a detailed message
and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
Order by Fax:
To order by fax, please use the enclosed order form found
in this catalog. You can also download and print the form
from our web site. Please fill out all the pertinent information
and fax your order form to 214-853-5326.
Order Online:
CheerTeam has developed a state-of-the-art web site including
a complete online ordering procedure for your convenience.
Log in to www.cheerteamusa.com
and click on “Shop Online” button located on the
left side menu. Follow the easy instructions on the screen
and fill in all pertinent information. All online orders will
receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as you submit your order.
All online orders will be verified by telephone within 24
hours of order submission.
Order by Mail:
To order by mail, please use the enclosed order form found
in this catalog. You can also download and print the form
from our web site. Please fill out all the pertinent information

Order Minimums:
A minimum order of 6 is required on all uniforms, unitops,
warm-ups, other custom manufactured items and package specials.
For fill-in orders, add $ 10.00 per package on reorders under
4. We can not process any individual orders for manufactured
items. A minimum of 10 is required on all Tackle Twill lettering
orders and a minimum of 5 is required on all reorders.
Previous Order Matching:
We will match new items to previously ordered items. Provide
us with complete information when placing the matching order.
We may require you to provide us with photos and/or detailed
descriptions of the previously ordered items. All fabric colors
will be matched as close as possible. CheerTeam can not guarantee
a perfect color match on all items because of varying degrees
of dye absorption which may cause varying degrees of shading.
Lettering:
A minimum order of 10 is required on all new tackle twill
lettering and all reorders will require a minimum of 5.
Payment Information:
Full payment is required by School Check, Money Order, Cashier’s
Check, or Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express
or Discover) at the time of your order. Any order not accompanied
with full payment can not be processed. For any payment questions
or issues, please call toll free at 1-800-811-9195.
Cancellations:
All CheerTeam uniforms and other items are manufactured specially
for you and your cheer squad. Therefore, once your order is
processed, we can not cancel or make changes to your order.
Please address any questions or issues you may have before
placing the final order.
Non-Returnable &
Non-Exchangeable Items:
All Shells, Skirts, Skorts, Unitops, Warm-Ups, Bloomers, Pom
Pons, Monogrammed and Lettered Garments, Imprinted Bags, Custom
